The architecture of the castle is stunning. we thoroughly enjoyed our strolls around the well-maintained gardens. The unique flavors of each dish at dinner were delightful, showcasing local ingredients in a memorable way. The wine bar offered a picturesque setting that made our evening special, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

However, it was disappointing that some amenities such as the spa and pool were not fully operational during our visit.

I enjoyed my stay at Castello di San Marco, especially the beautiful gardens that surrounded the property. The pool area was well maintained and provided a lovely spot to relax. Direct access to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. Each morning, an impressive breakfast awaited, with options tailored to my preferences, showcasing local flavors. The restaurant, Giardino di Pietra, offered exceptional dining experiences. every dish was thoughtfully prepared. The staff, from reception to the bar, were friendly and eager to assist with any needs. However, the beach left something to be desired. It lacked comfortable sunbeds during my visit in September, and I found it needed a bit more upkeep. The remote location requires a car for easy travel to nearby attractions, which may not suit everyone. Although the room was charming with a delightful private terrace, some furnishings felt a bit dated compared to the stunning main building. A few minor maintenance issues were noticeable but didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Still, the ambiance and warmth of the staff made for a memorable stay.

The grounds are fine , every corner feels like a little piece of heaven. Oh and I can't forget to mention the breakfast , that pistachio croissant was something I'll never forget.

Had an amazing stay with my family! The hotel is nestled in lush gardens, creating a serene atmosphere. The kids loved the beautiful pool, and we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast featuring local treats. We could even stroll to the beach through fragrant eucalyptus trees.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower could use better water pressure.

Our gorgeous suite was slightly dated, but the dining experience was exceptional.

The executive junior suite was really spacious with a private entrance and a sofa for relaxing. We had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a great private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The pool area was top-notch. The breakfast had fresh pastries and organic juices. The staff was extra attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Experienced noise from a wedding, which disrupted our relaxation. Excellent cocktails at the bar, and enjoyed water sport facilities on site. Great location for visiting local attractions like Taormina.

The noise from wedding events can be unbearable, especially if you want a peaceful stay!!! Maintenance issues like low water pressure and dated furnishings need immediate attention!!! Limited dining options nearby feels like a big oversight!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! Explored the Greek Theatre and Archaeological Area of Naxos. The surroundings offer cycling and canoeing. Loved the beautiful grounds and the attentive staff. Can recommend the restaurant for great meals, but be prepared to drive for more dining options.

The restaurant provided outstanding meals, including a delightful breakfast with a variety of locally sourced ingredients, making it a pleasurable way to start the day.

It was just a well-suited match for a concise stay in Calatabiano with very good value for money. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, everything was tasty and well presented. Make sure to rent a car to explore the area easily.
